Software Implementation Teams

When you work with Penchant Software, you will have at least one primary Business Analyst assigned to your account.  This "BA" will be your primary contact and will be the person who works with you and the employees at your company to ensure the successful integration of dispatchOffice™ into your enterprise.

Initially, your BA will work with managers at your company to understand your overall business flow, and develop a plan for incorporating dispatchOffice™ into your flow.  If you and your BA decide that software customization is necessary, it is the Penchant BA who creates the specifications for that software customization.  In any customization projects that are begun, the BA works with the Application Developers to ensure that the software is designed to specification and will work as intended in your environment.

Your BA is also responsible for your on-site training.  Our BA's visit each customer site and perform end-user (and possibly driver) training for you.  We also excel at "train-the-trainer" so that the proper individuals at your company can train new employees.
