dispatchOffice™ Internet Order Entry & Tracking Module Features:

  • Allows your customers to book jobs 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any Internet Browser. Customers access your website (e.g. www.yourcompany.com) which, in turn, accesses your dispatchOffice™ system in real-time. Times of Day and days of week can be restricted if you so desire.
  • Allows your customers to review job status (time of completion, rate, POD or any fields that you desire) 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any Internet Browser. Allows you to control WHICH fields EACH customer sees when they review their jobs.
  • Allows your customers to view additional job information such as images of signatures (when using our DEO program with signature capture), exception codes, and full chain-of-custody records.
  • Allows your customers to place QUOTE REQUESTS on the Internet and (optionally) RELEASE existing QUOTES and turn them into real jobs over the Internet.
  • Allows your customers to review their invoices over the Internet
  • Provides for automatically emailed DETAILED JOB TRACKING to your customers (e.g. your customer gets an email when the job is booked, picked-up, dropped, etc.). This is known as the Email Tracking feature.
  • Allows you to Email Notes on problem jobs to a predefined list of usernames from either the Bookings or Dispatch screens.
