Penchant Releases new website

We have been undergoing some spring cleaning of our own at Penchant!
We have created an entirely new "Penchant" website which brings a number of new and exciting features to you, our customers.
Perhaps most important is our on-line customer forum which will allow dispatchOffice users and support staff to join a 24/7 online community. This is a feature that has been requsted by many customers over the years. We hope that this new forum gives a greater voice to our ever-expanding customer base.
Another feature we have created is an on-line "Customer SOP" directory. Via our new website, you and your employees will be able to access PDF's of any dispatchOffice Standard Operating Procedures that we have created.
Our website is slated to change over in the first two weeks of April. We will send another newsletter when the changes are complete!
