The partnership between Dave Collins, Jason Triplat, and the entire Penchant Team dates back to the founding of 3PD in 2001. The merging of Penchant with 3PD represents a logical progression for two great companies so closely dependent on each other for success. Together, 3PD and Penchant have developed extremely unique tools for managing quality, improving order visibility and delivering “world class customer service”. Both companies have successfully differentiated themselves from the competition and look forward to widening that gap as Penchant and 3PD come together.
