Penchant Customer Forum - Allows you to participate in our members-only on-line forum and provide feedback to survey questions. This requires a forum account which can be setup from within the forum.
Access SOPs - Allows you to view PDF’s of specific Standard Operating Procedures that Penchant has created for your company. This requires a Penchant account which must be setup for you by your Business Analyst or a member of our technical support team
Penchant Task-Tracking Helpdesk - Allows you to view all of your open support desk tasks. This requires a Penchant account which must be setup for you by your Business Analyst or a member of our technical support team
