To help you get the most from your investment, we've created this area to provide you with links to valuable tools and resources.
Penchant Customer Forum - Gives you access to our on-line help (now in an easier-to-update "wiki" format) and Allows you to participate in our members-only on-line communicty. This requires a Penchant WIKI account which can be setup from within the wiki.
Access SOPs - Allows you to view PDF’s of specific Standard Operating Procedures that Penchant has created for your company. This requires a Penchant account which must be setup for you by your Business Analyst or a member of our technical support team
Penchant Task-Tracking Helpdesk - Allows you to view all of your open support desk tasks. This requires a Penchant account which must be setup for you by your Business Analyst or a member of our technical support team
